Just browsing the BBC News website for my daily inhalation of news and views, and came across this:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-12431553 How the future George VI sought refuge in Powys village holiday accommodation.
The long and short of it is, that the then Prince Albert sought refuge for three weeks in Llangurig, Powys, while recuperating from a duodenal ulcer (how attractive). The property he stayed in - Clochfaen House - is still run as a bed and breakfast/holiday cottage enterprise.
Anyway I just thought that was interesting and somewhat relevant to the fact we deal in Holiday Cottages!
Tomorrow, I'll be talking about our plans for this week in the office, we're calling it 'Love Week' - I'm sure you can guess why!
